This step lays the foundation for a successful collaboration. It includes shopping, material research, moodboard creation, and volume studies (Last, heels, soles) which will ensure full alignment with your final objective.
Detailed raw sketches, exploring proportions, variations and colors to bring your vision to life.
Using a mix of generative and high-performance tools, I create your first visuals. This is the pivotal stage bridging our collaboration and what will be delivered to the factory.
This is the moment you receive the first prototypes. We review and refine proportions and details together on the model, including fit tests. Corrections are then sent back to the factory. Occasionally, prototypes are optimal from the start, requiring very few adjustments.

Each project follows its own timeline. A simple tech pack typically can take a few week while a full collection can take 3 to 6 months.
Pricing depends on the complexity of each project. Individual tech packs or full collections are quoted differently.
*please note that developing a footwear or accessories collection involves significant costs, probably the most expensive within the fashion spectrum. Materials (Leather, components, soles) and professional manufacturers, including design, are essential. Many clients outside the fashion industry underestimate this and are surprised by the investment required.
